Getting Started

Follow these steps to start using Cellify in Excel:

  1. Install from Microsoft AppSource
    Open Excel → InsertAdd-insGet Add-ins → search Cellify → click Add. The add-in appears in your Home ribbon.
  2. Sign in with your Microsoft account
    Open the Cellify panel. Click Sign In and authenticate with the same Microsoft account you use in Excel/Office 365. This links your Free or PRO plan to your identity.
  3. Type a natural language command
    Click on any cell, then type a command in the Cellify chat, for example: “Create a monthly sales table with 3 products and calculate totals.” Cellify translates it into Excel actions automatically.
  4. Review the result
    Cellify applies changes directly to your sheet. Check the result before saving. The AI can make mistakes — always keep a backup of important files.
Tip: The Free plan includes 50 AI actions per month (chat-only questions are free). To get more, upgrade to PRO via Microsoft AppSource or contact us for early access.

Cellify is available on Microsoft AppSource. Open Excel → InsertAdd-insGet Add-ins, search for Cellify and click Add. You need an active Microsoft/Office 365 account. The add-in works on Excel for Windows, macOS, and Excel Online.

Make sure you are signed into Cellify with the same Microsoft account you used to purchase PRO. Click the plan badge in the top-right of the Cellify panel to open your Account page and verify your login. If the issue persists, email contact@cellify.app with your account email address.
Cellify only processes data that is included in your message (e.g. a selected range you explicitly reference). Your entire workbook is not sent to our servers. Data is used in-memory to generate the response and is not stored. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Yes. Like all AI systems, Cellify can produce incorrect formulas, wrong values, or unexpected formatting. Always review AI-generated changes before saving critical files. Keep backups of important workbooks. Cellify is not liable for data loss caused by AI output — see Terms of Service Section 4 for the full disclaimer.
Cellify requires an internet connection to process your commands through the AI. Once the AI writes data, formulas, or charts into your sheet, that content works offline like any normal Excel content.
Cellify works on Excel for Windows (Microsoft 365), Excel for macOS (Microsoft 365), and Excel Online (browser). It does not support Excel 2019 or older standalone versions that lack Office.js Add-in support.
PRO subscriptions purchased through Microsoft AppSource are managed via the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. Log in, locate “Cellify” under your subscriptions, and follow the cancellation steps. You keep PRO access until the end of the current billing period.
