1. Acceptance

By using Cellify.app, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Cellify.app is an AI-powered Excel add-in that automates tasks using natural language processing.

Key Features:

• 354 automated Excel actions (tables, charts, formulas, formatting)
• Natural language processing via Google Gemini AI
• Azure AD authentication (Single Sign-On)
• Works in Excel Online and Desktop (Windows/Mac)

3. Subscription Plans

All subscriptions are processed through Microsoft AppSource. Billing is handled by Microsoft.

4. User Obligations

• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain security of your Azure AD credentials
• Use service in compliance with applicable laws
• Do not misuse or attempt to reverse-engineer the service

5. Prohibited Uses

• Illegal activities or content
• Spamming or automated abuse
• Sharing account credentials
• Reselling or redistributing the service

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.

7. Intellectual Property

• Your Content: You retain ownership of your Excel files and data
• Our Service: Cellify.app code, AI models, and documentation are our property
• License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Cellify.app

8. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellation: Cancel anytime via Microsoft AppSource
• Refunds: Within 14 days of purchase (EU consumer protection)
• After cancellation: Access continues until end of billing period, then downgrade to FREE plan

9. Limitation of Liability

Cellify.app is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for data loss, business interruption, or indirect damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment
• Fraudulent activity
• Extended account inactivity (12+ months)

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be announced via email.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes will be resolved in Polish courts.
