ID

Your Microsoft account ID is the primary key for your Cellify license — the same identity used in the Excel Add-in. Payments are managed through Microsoft AppSource. Cellify never processes or stores payment card details.

What we store about you in Google Cloud Firestore (us-central1):

Microsoft account ID, email address, plan status, usage counter
Favorites (commands you saved for reuse)
Saved workflows
Custom color themes
Conversation history — kept for 30 days, then automatically deleted
Active login session (expires after 8 hours of inactivity)

What we never store: your Excel workbook contents, unselected cell values, or payment card details. AI requests are processed by Google Vertex AI (Gemini) and are not retained beyond the API call.

Delete Account & Data

Permanently delete your Cellify account and all associated data. This action is irreversible and will immediately remove:

Your account and subscription record
All saved favorites and workflows
All conversation history
All custom color themes
All active login sessions

Your Microsoft AppSource subscription will not be automatically cancelled — please cancel it separately via Microsoft 365 Account to avoid future charges.
